Name: Jeff Sears
Profession: Actor, Book of Mormon First National Tour
What makes you happy: Laughing
What is something you want to tell people but it sounds real douchey of you: My first job in the city was Princeton/Rod in Avenue Q Off-Broadway
What are you afraid of: Spiders. And missing out on opportunities. But mostly spiders.
What are you wearing. Right. Now. Go: All Saints funnel sweater, Levi’s, socks, and thick-framed glasses (prescription!). Totes hipster, though.
I say: Childhood. Summer. You say: Splashing in the gutters with my best friend, RC, during a sunshower. More than anything, I remember the warmth of the rain.
Wish you had the guts to: Drive to the airport, pick a flight, jump on a plane, and leave the country on a whim.
Working with EMMA: Working with Emma changed my life, but that doesn’t quite capture it. Emma changed my life. The work is a byproduct of what is essentially her most valuable asset: her own inimitable spirit. When you work with Emma, you get more than a photographer, or stylist, or designer. You get a friend with a passion for creation, a Renaissance woman with drive, and someone who won’t give up, no matter the task. She’s good people, and, really, that’s the kind of people I want by my side.
